We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of reserved service. Appointments made within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment must cancel or reschedule 4 or more hours before appointment time.
“No call/No shows” will be subject to 100% of the reserved service cost as well as a fee to rebook any future appointments and put a valid card on file. Guests who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services they would like to schedule.
We ask that our guests call the salon to notify if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the guest will be considered a “no show” and their spot may be reopened and made available for guests wanting to book. Guests who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time, but if this occurs, the full service amount will still apply.
Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
Our policy protects our stylists. Did you know that in our industry, most stylists earn their income by commission? This means they do not make a salary, and they do not get paid hourly. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the stylist to book another appointment.
Our policy protects our guests. Did you know we have at least 10 guests waiting on a cancellation list for appointments? We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Giving the proper notice allows each and every guest the opportunity to get their appointment scheduled.
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions. As a courtesy, we do call, text, and email to confirm the date and time appointments on multiple occasions prior to our guests arriving.

Haircut & Color Adjustments
If there is something you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact the us within one week of your original appointment, and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days from your purchase or return for salon retail credit to be placed on your account.
