Hello, my name is Yandell Young, but I go by Dell. I am the oldest of six siblings and was born and raised in Florida. Before pursuing a career in the beauty industry, I spent over 12 years enjoying/studying music, beginning with the violin and later specializing in the cello at the university level. While music remains an important part of my life, I ultimately realized it was better suited as a passion rather than a profession.

After returning home during a pivotal time in my life, I chose to explore a new career path and discovered my passion for the beauty industry. What began as personal experimentation with hair color evolved into a deeper appreciation for creativity, transformation, and self-expression. Enrolling in beauty school was a decision I am proud of and continue to be grateful for.

The fulfillment in bring visions to life whether through subtle enhancements or bold transformations makes me want to further my education in this industry. I look forward to continuing to grow and create every single day with one guest at a time.
