If there is something you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact us within one week of your original appointment, and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!
Please make any necessary cancellations 24-hours in advance of your reservation. This allows us to fill the space and protect our service providers' time.
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions. As a courtesy, we do call, text, and email to confirm the date and time appointments on multiple occasions prior to our guests arriving.
