Every service provider at BT on the BLVD works on a level system. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs. Service providers achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time. Our service pricing increases slightly as service providers earn promotions. Please ask your service provider for a custom quote for more details on their level pricing.
If there is something you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact us within one week of your original appointment, and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!

OUR SERVICE POLICIES
Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of any reservation. Less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service(s). Same day cancellations will be subject to 100% of the reserved service(s). Reservations made within 24 hours must cancel or reschedule within 2 or more hours prior to the arrival time. Any unconfirmed reservation made outside of a 24 hour time will be subject to cancellation. A deposit for ALL online reservations of 50% is required. Please note that we reserve the right to hold any deposit made from an online reservation if cancelled within a 24 hour period.
No Shows
“No call/No shows” will be subject to 100% of the reserved service cost as well as a fee to rebook any future appointments and must have a valid card on file. Guests who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services they would like to schedule.
Late Arrivals
We ask that our guests call the salon to notify if they will be late arriving for their scheduled reservation. We understand things happen but if we have not been able to connect with you up to 10 minutes after your service time begins you will be marked as a "no show". Guests who arrive late for their reservations may have to wait or have the scheduled services altered as to not disrupt the remainder of the stylists schedule.
Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
Our policy protects our stylists. Did you know that in our industry, most stylists earn their income by commission? This means they do not make a salary, and they do not get paid hourly. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the stylist to book another appointment.
Our policy protects our guests. Did you know we have at least 10 guests waiting on a cancellation list for appointments? We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Giving the proper notice allows each and every guest the opportunity to get their appointment scheduled.
Product Guarantee
We want you to love the products you choose to take home from BT on the Blvd. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date or return for salon retail credit to be placed on your account.
